Introduction

These General Bonus Terms and Conditions (the "Bonus Terms") govern all promotional offers provided by Ffbet (the “Brand”). By accepting any Bonus, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Bonus Terms and the applicable Bonus details published with the relevant Promotion. Where a Promotion includes its own terms, those Promotion-specific terms prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these General Bonus Terms.

All values and references herein are expressed in the account currency chosen by you. All times and dates relating to Bonuses are stated in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The Brand reserves the right to modify or terminate any Promotion or Bonus at any time, with or without notice, except where an applicable law requires otherwise.

Eligibility and Acceptance

To be eligible for Bonuses, you must have a valid, active account with the Brand and meet the following conditions unless stated otherwise in the Promotion terms:

  • You are of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into binding contracts;
  • You register the account in your name and do not permit access by third parties, including family members or minors;
  • You do not operate duplicate or shared accounts, and you do not access the Site from shared devices by multiple individuals who might circumvent promotional limits;
  • You are not located in a jurisdiction where the Promotion is restricted or prohibited;
  • You have not previously claimed the same Bonus or any identical Promotion more than once where prohibited;
  • Your account is fully verified in accordance with the Brand's Verification Policy prior to any withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings.

Bonuses may be restricted by country, jurisdiction, or device. If a Promotion is unavailable to you due to such restrictions, your rights to participate will be void. The Brand reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion and to enforce anti-fraud measures as necessary.

Bonus Availability and Types

The Brand may offer various Bonuses, which may include, without limitation, welcome offers upon first deposit, no-deposit Bonuses, reload Bonuses, cash-back offers, and promotional free plays. Each Bonus is governed by these General Bonus Terms and the Promotion-specific terms published with the Bonus. Where a Promotion specifies a period, activation method, or deposit requirement, those specifics shall govern over these General Terms.

  • Welcome Offers: Available to eligible new players upon their first qualifying deposit, subject to the Promotion terms and the wagering requirements described there.
  • No-Deposit Bonuses: Special Promotions granted without a deposit, subject to wagering and withdrawal limits as stated in the Promotion terms.

Wagering, Contributions, and Playthrough

Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and playthrough conditions. The standard framework applies unless stated otherwise in the specific Promotion terms:

  • Wagering Requirements: The amount of Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings attributed to the Bonus can be withdrawn. In the absence of a specific value in the Promotion terms, a wagering requirement of 40 times the Bonus amount applies.
  • Maximum Bet During Wagering: A cap on bets placed while wagering a Bonus applies. The exact amount is stated in the Promotion terms; where not stated, a reasonable cap determined by the Brand will apply and is not to be exceeded.
  • Contributions by Game Type: Games contribute toward the wagering requirements at rates defined in the Promotion terms. In the absence of such terms, the following standard rates apply: Slots contribute 100%; Card games (e.g., Baccarat, Blackjack) and Roulette contribute 10%; Video Poker and Other Games contribute 10%; Live Casino contributions are typically 0%. These rates may be altered by the Promotion terms and are subject to change at the Brand’s discretion.
  • Non-Contributing Games: Some games may be excluded from wagering requirements while a Bonus is active. The exclusion list, if any, will be specified in the Promotion terms.

Only bets placed with Bonus funds contribute toward wagering when those funds are active. If you place bets with real money while Bonus funds are active, real money will be used first, and Bonus funds may remain until depleted, in which case the Bonus may be forfeited if wagering conditions are not met.

Withdrawal Restrictions and Maximums

Bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom may be subject to withdrawal restrictions. The following principles apply unless stated otherwise in the Promotion terms:

  • Withdrawal Eligibility: You may withdraw funds only after meeting all wagering requirements and any other conditions described in the Promotion terms. Withdrawals are subject to standard verification and processing times.
  • Cap on Bonus-Derived Winnings: Bonuses may impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be won or withdrawn from Bonus funds. If a cap exists, it is specified in the Promotion terms. In the absence of a specified cap, no additional cap beyond the wagering requirements applies unless required by applicable law.
  • Minimum Deposit/Verification for Withdrawals: You must complete the Brand’s verification process and make a qualifying deposit (where required by the Promotion) to request a withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings.
  • No-Deposit Bonus Withdrawals: Withdrawals tied to No-Deposit Bonuses are subject to any stated maximum withdrawal limits in the corresponding Promotion terms.

Expiry, Forfeiture, and Cancellation

Bonuses are valid for the period specified in the Promotion terms. If the wagering conditions are not satisfied within the applicable period, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be voided. Players may cancel an active Bonus at any time, in which case the Bonus funds and any accrued winnings attributed to the Bonus shall be forfeited, while any real-money funds in the account remain available for withdrawal subject to standard verification and limits.

Once a Bonus has been forfeited or the Promotion period has ended, any remaining Bonus funds and winnings may be revoked or deducted at the Brand’s discretion. The Brand reserves the right to extend, modify, or revoke any Bonus period at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to compliance with applicable law, regulatory requests, or suspected fraud.

Account Integrity and Anti-Abuse

The Brand will monitor accounts for abusive behavior relating to a Promotion. Abuse includes, but is not limited to, multi-account creation, deposit manipulation, staggered deposits, cash or bonus stashing, and any activity intended to exploit a Promotion. If abuse is detected, the Brand may:

  • Decline or confiscate Bonus funds and related winnings;
  • Terminate the affected Bonus, suspend or close the affected account;
  • Withhold or revoke any promotional offers for the user and related parties;
  • Take further actions as permitted by applicable law.

In cases of suspected abuse or where Terms are violated, the Brand’s decision shall be final and binding.

Changes to Bonus Terms and Language of Record

The Brand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion or Bonus at any time without prior notice, including changes to wagering requirements, game contributions, or eligibility. The English version of these Bonus Terms governs in the event of any discrepancy with translations. Any dispute arising under or in connection with Bonuses shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Brand’s registered jurisdiction, and the Brand retains exclusive jurisdiction for such disputes, unless otherwise required by law.

Promotions and Bonus terms may be supplemented by additional terms published with the Promotion. If a Promotion is not accompanied by its own terms, these General Bonus Terms apply. The Brand may provide translations of these Bonus Terms for convenience; in case of inconsistency, the English language version prevails.

Miscellaneous

Nothing in these Bonus Terms excludes the Brand’s other rights under the Terms and Conditions of use. If any provision of these Bonus Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By participating in Bonuses, you consent to the collection and use of data in accordance with the Brand’s Privacy and AML policies, and you acknowledge and agree to comply with Responsible Gaming measures in place.
