Self-exclusion Policy
Self-Exclusion Policy
Purpose and Scope
This policy describes the self-exclusion options available to players on Ffbet and the obligations of both the operator and the user. It applies to all accounts, products and services hosted on Ffbet and to any person acting on behalf of an account holder where applicable.
Definitions
Self-exclusion means a voluntary, time-bound restriction on access to gambling activity on Ffbet. An exclusion period is a defined span during which the user is blocked from betting, depositing or withdrawing and from creating new accounts. Account refers to a user profile held with Ffbet. Pending bets are bets that have been accepted by Ffbet but have not yet settled. Reinstatement means end of the exclusion period and re-access to the account subject to verification.
Self-Exclusion Options
Ffbet offers exclusion periods from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. Standard durations available include 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years and permanent. In addition, a 24‑hour option may be chosen for a brief cooling-off period. The chosen period is binding and cannot be shortened before it expires, except as expressly described in this policy.
How to Initiate Self-Exclusion
You can initiate self-exclusion by selecting Self-Exclusion in the My Gambling Controls area of your account, or by contacting Ffbet customer support with the request to commence an exclusion period. When you initiate, you must indicate the desired period and confirm your intention to self-exclude.
What Happens During Self-Exclusion
- Access to the account for betting and deposits is blocked for the duration of the exclusion period.
- You may remain able to log in to review your balance and information, but you will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds unless the policy expressly allows withdrawals of existing balance.
- Pending bets at the start of self-exclusion will settle in accordance with the applicable outcomes and official results.
- Ffbet will take reasonable steps to detect attempts to circumvent the exclusion, including the creation of new accounts, and will close any such accounts.
- Accounts opened during an active exclusion will be automatically closed and any funds in such accounts will become unavailable.
Reinstatement and Extensions
At the end of a non-permanent exclusion, you may regain access to your account by logging in and completing any applicable verification. You may request an extension of the current exclusion by contacting the support team before the expiry date. A permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.
Marketing, Communications and Data
Ffbet will remove the user from promotional and marketing communications as part of the exclusion. You may still receive essential account communications related to your ongoing relationship with Ffbet. Data collected for the purpose of enforcing self-exclusion will be retained for the period necessary to maintain enforcement and for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations. Ffbet will not share your exclusion status with third parties beyond what is required for protection and enforcement, except as permitted by law.
Support and Responsible Gambling
If you believe you have a gambling problem, seek support from recognized problem gambling services. Ffbet provides information about responsible gambling and self-assessment tools in the Responsible Gambling section of the account area.
Additional Obligations
During self-exclusion you must not attempt to create new accounts or evade the exclusion by other means. You should consider installing a digital-blocking solution or other barriers to access, and you should ensure that any external apps or social media links associated with Ffbet are uninstalled or blocked as appropriate.
