Introduction and Scope

Account Security and Access

You are responsible for the security of your Account including keeping your username and password confidential and logging out after each session. The Operator will treat any activity conducted under your credentials as your activity unless you report unauthorised use.
Inactive and Dormant Accounts
If you do not log in for 365 consecutive days, the account will be deemed Inactive. The Operator may suspend balances to protect funds and may deduct an administration fee such as 5.00 GBP every 30 days until reactivation or balance is zero. You may request reactivation at any time, subject to verification checks.
Account Closure, Reopening and Self-Exclusion
Account Closure
You may request closure of your Account. A closure will take effect after 72 hours following confirmation by the Operator. A closed account will render the Services unplayable. You may request reopening by contacting support or following a reactivation link sent to your registered email.
Self Exclusion and Take a Break
You may apply responsible gaming measures including take a break or self exclusion via the designated page. The Operator will comply with applicable self exclusion periods and ensure the account is blocked from use during that period.
Promotions and Bonuses
Promotions are governed by separate terms and conditions which form part of these Terms. A Promotion may be cancelled amended or withdrawn by the Operator at any time and any promotional balance may be forfeited in line with the Promotion terms.
